No public incidents have been posted yet. Future material incidents should list date, affected systems, user impact, resolution, and follow-up actions.
Status roadmap
- Move this to monitored uptime checks for app, API, database, and demo routes.
- Add Akahu dependency notes and sync-health reporting.
- Publish incident postmortems for material user-facing outages.
