  • Include the page, account email, and a short description of what happened if you are reporting a bug or sync issue.

What to expect

Support is human and founder-led, not a 24/7 call centre. During early access you are emailing the person who builds and runs YouInc. Urgent security or data-access concerns should say "security" or "urgent" in the subject line so they can be triaged first.
